1. Какие данные есть у Grazer

Grazer (grazer.live) — сервис аналитики рекламы. Подробно о данных — в политике конфиденциальности. Коротко: аккаунты пользователей Grazer, статистика рекламных кабинетов и продаж, подключения (токены доступа — в зашифрованном виде) и обезличенные записи о заявках.

Если проект подключил WhatsApp напрямую через Meta, Grazer хранит номер и название самой компании, идентификаторы её аккаунта WhatsApp Business и зашифрованный токен доступа. От входящих сообщений остаются отпечаток номера написавшего (его нельзя превратить обратно в номер), две последние цифры, время и объявление, с которого пришёл человек. Если компания включила встроенную Grazer CRM, дополнительно хранятся номер телефона, имя из профиля WhatsApp и переписка с момента подключения номера (входящие сообщения и ответы компании), а с согласия компании, данного при подключении, и история переписки за последние полгода — в зашифрованном виде, не дольше года; файлы и медиа не сохраняются, контакты не запрашиваются. Без Grazer CRM тексты и номера клиентов не сохраняются. Если компания подключила Битрикс24 или amoCRM и включила создание сделок из WhatsApp, номер, имя и сообщения передаются в её CRM; в Grazer они лежат зашифрованно только до передачи, не дольше 7 дней.

2. Отвязать WhatsApp и удалить доступ Grazer

  • В Grazer: Администрирование проекта → Интеграции → «WhatsApp и заявки» → «Отвязать». Токен доступа и запись о подключении удаляются сразу; Grazer перестаёт получать сообщения этого номера.
  • В приложении WhatsApp Business: Настройки → Аккаунт → Business Platform — снять подключение. Meta сообщает об этом Grazer, и подключение помечается отключённым.
  • В Meta: Настройки компании (Business Settings) → Интеграции → Подключённые приложения — удалить Grazer. Отозвать доступ можно и в настройках Facebook: Настройки → Приложения и сайты.

3. Удалить аккаунт, проект или все данные

  • Напишите на support@grazer.live или в Telegram t.me/skakovskiy с адреса, на который выдан логин Grazer, и укажите, что удалить: аккаунт пользователя, проект целиком или отдельное подключение.
  • Администратор проекта может удалить проект сам: Администрирование → Проект → «Удалить проект». Вместе с проектом удаляются его статистика, подключения, ключи и записи о заявках.
  • Если вы писали компании в WhatsApp и хотите, чтобы Grazer удалил записи о вашем обращении, напишите нам и назовите компанию и номер, с которого писали: по номеру мы найдём совпадающие записи — отпечаток, а если компания включила Grazer CRM, то и зашифрованные номер, имя и переписку — и удалим их. Данные, уже переданные в Битрикс24 или amoCRM компании, удаляет сама компания.

Запрос выполняется в течение 30 дней, о выполнении мы отвечаем тем же способом, которым вы обратились. Резервные копии базы данных перезаписываются в течение 30 дней после удаления.

1. What data Grazer holds

Grazer (grazer.live) is an advertising analytics service. The full description is in the Privacy Policy. In short: Grazer user accounts, ad account and sales statistics, connections (access tokens are stored encrypted) and de-identified lead records.

If a project connected WhatsApp directly through Meta, Grazer stores the business's own phone number and display name, the IDs of its WhatsApp Business Account and phone number, and an encrypted access token. From incoming messages Grazer keeps a keyed fingerprint of the sender's number (it cannot be turned back into the number), its last two digits, the time, and the ad the person came from. If the business enabled the built-in Grazer CRM, the phone number, the WhatsApp profile name and the conversation since the number was connected (incoming messages and the business's replies) and, with the consent the business gives when connecting, the chat history of the last six months are also stored — encrypted, for no longer than one year; files and media are not stored and contacts are not requested. Without Grazer CRM no message text and no customer phone numbers are stored. If the business connected Bitrix24 or amoCRM and turned on creating deals from WhatsApp, the phone number, name and messages are passed to its CRM; in Grazer they are kept encrypted only until delivery, for no more than 7 days.

2. Disconnect WhatsApp and revoke Grazer's access

  • In Grazer: project Administration → Integrations → “WhatsApp and leads” → “Disconnect”. The access token and the connection record are deleted immediately and Grazer stops receiving messages for that number.
  • In the WhatsApp Business app: Settings → Account → Business Platform — remove the connection. Meta notifies Grazer and the connection is marked as disconnected.
  • In Meta: Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps — remove Grazer. You can also revoke access in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

3. Delete an account, a project or all data

  • Email support@grazer.live or message us on Telegram (t.me/skakovskiy) from the address your Grazer login was issued to and say what to delete: your user account, a whole project or a single connection.
  • A project administrator can delete a project themselves: Administration → Project → “Delete project”. Its statistics, connections, keys and lead records are deleted with it.
  • If you messaged a business on WhatsApp and want Grazer to delete the records of your enquiry, contact us with the business name and the number you wrote from: we find the matching records by the number — the fingerprint and, if the business enabled Grazer CRM, the encrypted number, name and conversation — and delete them. Data already passed to the business's Bitrix24 or amoCRM is deleted by the business itself.

Requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed through the same channel you used. Database backups are overwritten within 30 days after deletion.
